I love your five box tips Laura! Everyone can get organized when they work in small steps and it does pay to get started wherever it is easiest.

As I say in my book, How to Master Your Muck, a seemingly insignificant shift in your environment will create larger than life results. With every little bit of space you add to your life, you will become better able to move forward more freely.

I just listened to your 12 Dysfunctional Productivity Personalities podcast, and I'm ashamed to say, I fall into almost EVERY one of those catagories! Boy do I ever have some re-thinking (and organizing) to do!

You gave me a wealth of information. I think the best way to handle will be to incorporate changes one at a time until they become habit, and will hopefully be able to get through all 12 of my "issues" and become a Productivity Pro! :)

Indeed, what a ludicrous policy and ridiculous practice by United. Write to the supervisor?! That puts the burden on you! So frustrating and such a waste of time. Amen -- empower your employees to take care of customers!

No Stress is Dead... Are we all too invested in our stress? Can we actually let it go and move into a more flowing life?

I find I completely freak if something happens to keep me from being productive. Why is it so hard to relax and let things just unfold?
